REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking Deposit

A $50 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is subtracted from your total service cost and is not an additional fee. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service.

Cancellation Policy

24+ hours before appointment: Free cancellation. Your $50 booking deposit is fully refunded.

Within 24 hours of appointment: The $50 booking deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee.

No-shows: Failure to be present at the scheduled time without notice will result in a charge of the full service cost.

Rescheduling

Each booking is allowed one free reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Additional reschedule requests or same-day changes may forfeit the booking deposit at our discretion.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to redo the work at no additional charge. Please note that refunds are not issued under the satisfaction guarantee. We stand behind our work and will make it right.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If we are unable to resolve your concern through a re-service, a partial or full refund may be issued. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion.

Weather Cancellations

Weather-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. We monitor conditions closely and will contact you in advance if weather is a concern. In most cases, the best option is to reschedule and your deposit will be rolled over to the new date. Refunds for weather events are at our discretion.
