TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Services

Obsidian Detail Co. provides mobile auto detailing services in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metro area. All services are performed at your designated location. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice.

2. Booking and Deposits

Appointments are booked through our website or by phone. A $50 non-refundable booking deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost and is not an additional charge.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made 24 or more hours before your appointment will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit the $50 deposit. No-shows will be charged the full service cost. Each booking is allowed one free reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. For full details, see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4. Payment

The remaining balance after the booking deposit is due upon completion of service. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and cash. Prices listed are for standard-size vehicles. Trucks, full-size SUVs, and large vehicles are subject to a mandatory surcharge.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to redo the service at no additional charge. Refunds are not issued under the satisfaction guarantee.

6. Vehicle Access and Condition

You are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the vehicle and service location, including access to water and power when possible. All personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle prior to service. Obsidian Detail Co. is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.

7. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, Obsidian Detail Co. is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or conditions revealed during the detailing process. Any damage concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service. We carry full liability insurance.

8. Photos and Media

We may photograph completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes. No identifying information (license plates, personal items) will be shared. If you do not wish your vehicle to be photographed, please let us know before service begins.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
